Classic Monster Pinups - Halloween Coasters
Print Profile(2)

Description
This Halloween, protect your spooky surfaces in style with this set of five coasters styled after the pinup girls of decades past.
Inspired by Universal's classic horror monsters, this set comes configured with two separate print profiles, depending on how you'd like to print. Each profile is designed for use with a single AMS unit. The first is a set of colored coasters, which uses four colors per coaster and a total of 8 for the set, and the second is a set of silver screen styled coasters that use black, white, and grey.
The bottom of each coaster is styled with a spider-web detail and has four circular indentations to use as guides for 10mm (3/8") felt pads. These are commonly available at hardware stores and online.
The coasters are designed to be printed face-down on the plate using a .4 nozzle, and have a lot of small details. Make sure you wash and fully dry your plate with Dawn or another grease-cutting detergent before attempting to print. You can further increase the detail and clarity by using a .2 nozzle, though it will dramatically increase your print time.
Profile #1 - Colored Coasters
This profile has each coaster on its own plate. Each coaster uses four colors, and a total of eight colors will be needed to complete the set as designed. When selecting your colors, please avoid the temptation to use dark shades, especially for red, green, and blue. Dark colors will hide the black details, creating an almost blob-like effect, and that's another movie entirely.
If you have multiple AMS units, you can combine some of the models that share more than two colors in Bambu Studio prior to printing, and this will save you a little time, effort, and filament. If you have an H2 series machine, you can put all the models on a single plate. If you're using an older machine, I advise you to place the models on the plates like so, to maximize efficiency of color swaps:
Plate 1: Bride, Vamp, Holder - 5 Colors - Red, Black, and White shared
Plate 2: Wolf, Creature, Mummy - 6 colors - Yellow, Black, and Brown (mostly) shared
Profile #2 - Silver Screen Coasters
This profile uses a total of 3 colors (Black, White, and Grey) and is arranged with three objects per plate. If you have an H2 series machine, you can combine all models on a single plate to save some time, effort, and a little filament. Avoid using a dark shade of grey, or it will hide the black details.
Customizing:
I designed these models to be easily paintable. If you open them in Bambu Studio, you can use the Edge detection function of the Paint Fill tool to highlight and select each area of the model and change its color to your liking. If you open the SIlver Screen profile, you will note that there are two “Grey” colors that are set as the same color. These are pre-painted to specific areas of the model, and if you change them to other colors, you will see that the colors on the model change. Make sure to choose a dark color for the “black” sections, and lighter colors for the rest. Don't be afraid to get weird with it!
