Modular Exhaust System for 3D Printers (FDM & SLA)

This system is designed to reliably extract odors and fumes from 3D printers. All parts are modular and can be flexibly combined, making it easy to adapt the airflow to almost any printer and enclosure setup.

Main Components:

• Air-Hose_Input (Magnet): Connection piece for the printer side. Fits 80 mm air hose, secured with a hose clamp (72–95 mm). Mounted with 3 magnets (10 × 3 mm) – quick to attach/remove, no drilling required.
• Air-Hose_Output: Counterpart to the input, also for 80 mm hose + clamp. Used to exhaust contaminated air (e.g., out the window). Can be fixed with magnets or screws.
• Holder-Printer: Mount for the Air-Hose_Input, Cover_Closed, or Fan_Input. Uses 3 magnets (10 × 3 mm) for a stable but detachable connection.
• Holder_Plexiglass (Magnet): Special holder for plexiglass panels or thin enclosure walls, magnet-mounted.
• Screw_Plate: Support plate for screw mounting – prevents screws from pushing through plexiglass or thin walls.
• Fan_Input & Fan_Output: Mounts for 80 mm BeQuiet fans.
  • Fan_Input: magnet-mounted for flexible positioning.
  • Fan_Output: designed for fixed screw mounting.
• Cover_Closed: Blind cap to seal unused connections airtight.
• Cover_Honeycomb: Honeycomb-style fan guard to prevent fingers from touching the blades.
• 2-Way Combiner: Merges two 80 mm hoses into one – useful for combining multiple printers or extraction points.
• 3-Way Combiner: Like the 2-way, but with three inlets – for more complex airflow setups.
