Am I missing something or are these two separate models or are the tower something that can be combined with the Cathedral?

they are two seperate models… the towers can be stacked on top of each other but not on top of the cathedral. two towers have 24 windows… the large cathedral has 24 windows. there are a lot of different options, so I’m trying to find the best way to set up the whole system with all the different windows. but the towers are 1 model. the cathedrals are a seperate model.

no prob. both are pretty big prints. check out the nativity advent calander windows. I worked really hard on them (also another model) I’m going to keep adding to snoopy and the grinch as well. let me know if you have any questions at all.

Printed well. Supports were a little much with a lot of overhangs. But Looking forward to the windows now

yeah. I worked really hard to minimize the supports… definitely the worst part about the model. believe it or not, you printed the refined version. :) first 2 to 3 tries I worked out a ton of bugs you don’t see till it’s printed. thanks so much for the rating and honest feedback!

with the towers, I was able to get rid of a lot of the supports. but the pesky square structure of the church is a hard one.

This turned out so great!!!! you can leave those center windows empty or add the rectangles that fit in there. But it really turned out great!

I just printed my latest window design for Halloween. it will pot a lot better if non translucent filament is used for the web. I have more coming. Christmas, Easter, 4th of July… I’ll make them available as soon as I print a test batch.

I'm so glad you like it!!! make sure you look at the towers too as they take a slightly smaller footprint. I'm in the middle of making a snoopy dog house that can hold a window as well. Its such a simple concept that can be adapted and appreciated year round. If there is something you want to see, just let me know. For me, its just a ton of fun! TBH I'm really excited that I won second place so people will actually look at it and download it. It's so hard to get traction with making and publishing models for others to enjoy.

Magnificent, unfortunately I do not have transparent filament, would the result be the same with regular white filament

I honestly don't know. I bought all my filament from amazon from a different brand. I am about to post more designs as well for lots of different holidays. I would imagine it would work if the windows were slightly thinner. I can try it.

the filament of the cathedral is just white... So you can see what it would look like with just that.

Working on thanksgiving first... These are all difficult because the outlines have to all be the perfect width. Snoopy christmas will come shortly after!
