Description

You didn't ask for it – so I delivered!

Continuing on the Idun-track, I have made a bottle emptier. Used when you need to transfer the remaining ketchup  or mustard from one bottle to another. Just place the ring on the new bottle, and turn your old bottle over and place it on the top. Let it stay like that for a while, and the bottle should empty it self over time.

Make sure to use supports for the inside of the ring.

There are two or three other designs out there that are threaded to screw connect the bottles but I was not sure the thread will fit to my brand of Ketchup bottle here in Germany. so I found this Idun Bottle Emptier which is a simpler approach. I printed as is, the diameter fits but it's short, this the bottle can tilt and could fall. I increased the total length to 74mm so that a good 30mm of the bottle neck fits in and is self supporting. I'm very pleased with this model. Thank You for solving this little nagging issue in my life ☺️.

Oh, nice!! Yeah, the bottles in Norway are made of plastic and are quite light when almost empty. But nice that you could alter it to your needs! 🤘
