Description

Clean hose routing. Less vibration. Built for real engine bays.

Boost Me (for free)

Life is better with boost - models included.

A modular clamp system designed to securely hold hoses and hardlines together while creating a clean, professional, and reliable installation.

Perfect for automotive, motorsport, and custom builds where proper hose management prevents rubbing, vibration damage, and long-term wear.

Developed from practical use with focus on strength, consistent sizing, and easy printing.

Two versions

This clamp system is available in two versions: a fixed (bolt-on) version and a free (non-mounted) version. Both share identical C-C dimensions, allowing you to seamlessly transition between fixed mounting points and free-hanging hose routing by combining the two variants within the same setup.

Why use these clamps?

  • Keeps hoses aligned and organized
  • Prevents chafing and vibration wear
  • Improves engine bay appearance
  • Strong without over-compressing hoses
  • Designed specifically for FDM printing
  • Growing size collection
  • Small alignment dimples prevent rotation and help the clamp halves stay positioned during assembly

Mounting

Designed for simple installation using captured nuts:

  • Standard mounting: M6 bolt + M6 nut (10 mm hex)
  • Small hardline versions (AN4–AN6): M4 mounting
  • Countersunk holes: the clamp has a countersunk hole on one side that perfectly fits the nut, while the other side accepts an Allen screw — no extra washers or hardware needed.
  • For fixed mounting applications, the clamp can be secured to the vehicle using 2x M4 screws, making it ideal for routing hoses along the chassis, underbody, or engine bay panels.

Recommended Print Materials

For engine bay environments:

ASA — best durability (heat + UV resistant)
ABS — strong and temperature resistant
⚠️ PLA — indoor or low-temperature use only

Notes

  • AN sizes are nominal standards and outer diameters may vary slightly between manufacturers. Dimensions are based on commonly measured real-world hose sizes.
  • All listed measurements include additional +0.3 mm clearance to allow for easy installation and print tolerances.
  • Need another size? Send me the outer diameter of your hose, and I’ll add it to the collection.
  • Custom scaling: You can scale the clamps slightly (a few percent from the nearest size) to fit your hoses, but scaling too much may cause the nut to spin or reduce clamping effectiveness.
  • Printing advice: If slicing yourself, orient the clamp lying flat on the build plate to preserve layer orientation and ensure the countersunk hole for the nut prints with optimal quality.
