It's the Candy Tin of Health / Medium Health pack from the Team Fortress 2 Halloween updates!

It includes 4 total versions:
Multicolour/AMS version of the tin for the P1S and likewiseprinters AND the A1 Mini!
Single colour version for both sizes aswell!

!The lid is NOT AMS!
