This printable door shelf is a replacement for the lower bottle rack found on the IKEA FROSTIG refrigerator door.
It ensures bottles can be securely stored in the door compartment, closely matching the dimensions and mounting points of the original shelf.

The shelf is printed in 2 halves and come together at the center through interlocking joints.

Holes on either side of the shelf will accommodate the original metal rod that stabilize bottles.

The part was printed on a X1C - one half of the shelf per print plate, i.e. 2 build plates in total (Textured PEI).
For filament, I went with PETG-Glass Fiber due to its reported food safety and increased resistance impact, and thus arguably better suited as a fridge bottle holder.
Note: Print Profile attached here is the default “Generic PETG”, which is fine. If you use the Glass Fiber filament, please adapt settings according to the manufacturer specs.
I had great results out of the box with Tinmorry's PETG-GF, but recommend using a hardened nozzle due the GF abrasiveness.
Since the part needs to hold up to 4 x 1.5litre bottles, i opted for 25% infill and 6 walls.
This totals about 500grams of filament and 12hrs of printing.
I didn’t do much in terms of post processing, other than light de-burring of the lower edges.
The part is holding up well and actually seems more stable than the original.
