Ludo / Mensch ärgere dich nicht - 3 Players noAMS

Here you will find a game board for “Ludo” / “Mensch ärgere dich nicht” / “Rausschmeißer” for up to 3 players. The idea came to me after I printed the little pigs by gespin (Little Pig-Pink by gespin MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models) in multiple colors: these also make great game pieces - give him a Like / Boost ;)

The game board has a diameter of 250mm and just fits on a P1S print bed. There is a print profile for AMS, just print it and it's done. However, if you want to avoid waste and save time, you can use the other profile. In that case, the game board is monochrome, and the color accents are printed as inlays.

The model does not include game pieces, as it was designed for the pigs mentioned earlier. Of course, it can also be played with any other game pieces, provided they have a diameter of less than 19.5mm - but then it's no longer a pig-mess when you get thrown out ;)

Additionally, at least one die is needed.

Game Rules

The rules of the game are really simple. The goal is to be the first to have all four of your pigs in the home space in the middle. A pig can leave the sty if you roll a six. Then it moves clockwise into the home space in the middle. If you land on a space with another player's pig, it must return to the sty; it gets thrown out. Assembly

The AMS version is printed complete. Assembly of the no-AMS version is very simple. Make sure to press the inlays into the recesses with the print bed side facing up. Notes on the “noAMS v3” print profile can be found below.

Assembly of the “noAMS v3” print profile is similar, but the inlays for the pig storage are pressed in from below - pay attention to the correct orientation of the top sides!

Impressions

UPDATE: “noAMS v3” print profile - all surfaces are printed on the build plate and offer a higher visual quality. Additionally, the path can be colored, for example, in a nice muddy brown 🐖
