Halloween Hairpin

Add a subtle spooky touch to any hairstyle with this set of 3D-printed Halloween hairpins. The designs are clean, cute and print-friendly: a floating Ghost, smiling Spider, minimalist Skull, winged Bat, chibi Skeleton, and bunny mask. Each model is optimized as a lightweight hair fork/hairpin with smooth contours, rounded edges, and through-cut eyes/mouth for that crisp silhouette.

What’s inside

• 6 fronts + matching flat backs (for two-piece “slide + stick” use).
• One-piece 2-prong hair-fork versions.
• Mirrored files where relevant.

Recommended print settings

• Material: PLA or PETG (PLA+ holds shape well).
• Nozzle 0.4 mm, layer height 0.16 mm (0.12 mm for finer edges).
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters; Top/Bottom: 4–5; Infill: 15–20% (Grid/Gyroid).
• Orientation: print fronts/backs flat on the bed; print sticks/forks vertically with a brim (no supports).
• Bed adhesion: build-plate glue or 3–5 mm brim for forks.

Assembly & fit

• Use the two-piece “slide” with a separate stick, or the one-piece 2-prong fork.
• Lightly sand mating faces; optionally add a tiny drop of CA glue for permanent sets.
• Smooth any edges that contact hair.

Finishing ideas

• Prime + acrylics; seal with matte varnish.

• Classic palettes: bone beige, coal black, warm gold; or pearlescent accents for highlights.
