Poop cleaning brush

      Note: Tests have shown that server slicing may cause the bristle print order to become proximity mode, meaning printing occurs in both directions, leading to a lack of toughness in the model's bristles. Therefore, for printing this model, you must use a computer for local slicing and printing!!!

 This is a practical brush set. While ensuring functionality, I incorporated many innovative designs for its appearance and storage. As you can see in the images, you can choose two different cleaning scoops, which can be snap-assembled with the broom, and can be placed or hung, making the entire use and storage process extremely elegant.

Before printing:

• Please ensure you use filament in good condition for printing (ensure it's not damp), otherwise, bristles may break or have small nodes during printing.
• To make a durable cleaning brush, material selection is crucial. The bending degree and rebound performance of the brush during use are closely related to the material. Avoid using materials with poor toughness or rigidity. PLA, high-quality PETG are recommended.
• 
• Do not adjust the print orientation of the brush model. Choose to print directly according to the profile as much as possible (the bristles are already set to face inward, the printer defaults to printing bristles in an inner-to-outer overhang direction. If the material is stretched before hardening, the base will inevitably be pulled thinner. This thinned end is the area to be cut, indirectly making the front end of the brush softer. If the orientation is incorrect, the overall strength of the bristles will be greatly compromised).
• 

• Do not adjust the print layer height or scale the brush model (the model was designed and made with a default layer height of 0.2mm. If printed with height variations or scale changes, it will directly lead to issues such as hair adhesion, delamination, and loss).

  

Product Features:

• Print in Place, the profile includes two different cleaning scoops. You can choose to print parts according to personal needs, and all can perfectly match the brush body. It might be a bit stiff when first printed and assembled, but it will become smooth after a few tries.
• 

• The cleaning efficiency and quality of the brush are closely related to the number of bristles. The brush design was completed through a parametric matrix, and its density is limited by printing precision. Tests show that bristles printed with the default 0.2mm layer height have good durability. After multiple tests, the maximum number of bristles per unit area was achieved.

  

• The brush is designed with different textures on all four sides. In addition to anti-slip properties, it also enhances the overall printed quality and feel, reducing the cheap impression of solid color prints, and looking good when placed in a corner.

  

• The cleaning scoop is designed to be installed with the brush for easy storage. Considering that the brush may get dirty and to prevent bristles from scratching, this storage method can effectively provide isolation and protection.

  

• The brush itself is designed with a 13mm hole, which can meet normal hook requirements. The hanging cleaning scoop can achieve an inverted hanging form, and its ring facilitates easy gripping. The upright cleaning scoop can be placed on a desk or directly inside the printer.
