Description
Replica of the Commissioner's Trophy presented to the Baseball World Series champions each year. Prints in parts and assembles easily with no AMS required. Great for baseball fans or as a fantasy baseball champion trophy.
Example printed in PolyMaker Silk Gold and Silk Silver PLA.
Printed at 50mm/s which takes longer, but is worth it to get the most shine out of the Polymaker silk filaments.
If your bed has excellent adhesion you can remove the brim from the poles to help save clean up efforts. The brim is still recommended for the gold pole tops however.
30 gold pole tops and 30 gold flags required for the 30 silver poles placed around the perimeter of the trophy (2 each of 15 different length poles). The end of the flag the has a notch should be placed toward the top of the pole when sliding it into the slot on the pole to allow room for the gold pole topper to fit into the top of the pole.
The base is setup with different layer heights via modifiers to get the smoothest finish on the domed top while saving print time on the bottom portion.
Glue is recommended, but the parts should stay in play by themselves until the glue dries without holding them. Your mileage may vary.
