This is a summary of the original SIUX DIABLO REVOLUTION file settings, optimized for a 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.4mm
General Settings
- Printer: Bambu Lab A1 mini
- Nozzle: 0.2 mm
- Print Profile: 0.10mm Standard @BBL A1M 0.2 nozzle
- Material: PLA
Quality and Layers
- Layer height: 0.1 mm
- Line width: 0.22 mm
Infill
- Infill density: 15%
- Infill pattern: Grid
Shell
- Wall loops: 3
- Solid top layers: 5
- Solid bottom layers: 5
Print Speed
- Initial layer speed: 16 mm/s
- Outer wall speed: 120 mm/s
- Inner wall speed: 150 mm/s
Temperature
- Nozzle temperature: 220 °C
- Bed temperature: 65 °C
Supports and Adhesion
- Supports: Not needed
- Brim type: Outer brim only
- Brim width: 2.5 mm
- Skirt: Not needed
To achieve excellent quality with a 0.4 mm nozzle These settings are optimized from the original profile and should serve as a robust guide for your Bambu Lab A1 mini and other similar printers
Note on model size: When using a larger nozzle, very fine details may be lost For this model it is not strictly necessary, but if you want to ensure maximum definition, you can consider scaling the figure to 110% or 120%

- Print Profile: Recommendation: 0.20mm Standard @BBL A1M 0.4 nozzle (or a standard 0.2mm layer height profile)
- Material: PLA (tested with Bambu PLA Basic and Generic PLA)
Quality and Layers
- Layer height: 0.2 mm (a good balance between quality and speed for this nozzle)
- Initial layer height: 0.2 mm
- Line width: 0.42 mm (standard value, can be adjusted to 0.44mm)
- Wall generator: Arachne
Infill
- Infill density: 15%
- Infill pattern: Grid
Shell- Wall loops: 2 (this will provide a wall of ~0.84 mm, similar in strength to the original)
- Solid top layers: 4
- Solid bottom layers: 4
- Top surface pattern: Monotonic
Print Speed
- Initial layer speed: 25 mm/s
- Outer wall speed: 120 mm/s
- Inner wall speed: 150 mm/s
- Infill speed: 100 mm/s
Temperature
- Nozzle temperature: 220 °C (both initial and subsequent)
- Bed temperature (Textured PEI Plate): 65 °C
Supports and Adhesion
- Supports: Not needed
- Brim type: Outer brim only
- Brim width: 2.5 mm
- Skirt: Not needed
