Description

Headband with M16×2 screw-on horn, 120 mm diameter. Perfect for kids, easily scalable for larger sizes.

This adorable unicorn-style headband is designed for children's heads (120 mm diameter) and makes a perfect accessory for costumes, parties, or playful photo shoots. The centerpiece is a whimsical spiral horn that attaches securely using an M16×2 thread—no glue needed, just a solid and practical connection.

To ensure perfect fit and print accuracy, the package includes a separate thread Test model. This allows you to verify the precision of your printer settings before printing the full horn and headband assembly.

The model is fully scalable: if you need a larger size, I recommend proportionally resizing all parts to maintain both aesthetics and functionality.

came out fantastic! used tri-color filament for the horn so it looks like a rainbow! 10/10

I printed this for my daughter and she loves it, she gave me a good idea if so I'm just asking if there is a way you can make something other than the horns that can screw on like an leprechaun hat or a Easter egg or something... but anyway this is good wish I new how I could make something buy im new to 3d printing.

Thanks for the inspiration. That would definitely work. All you need to do is add an M16x2 thread to the bottom of the model. The ears might be a problem, but that can be solved by using the Devil Horn Headband variant, or by trimming them in the slicer using negative volume.

What's the best app should I use to create something like that?
