Desktop PCB Assembly Station – Low Profile
This compact desktop PCB assembly station, designed for electronics hobbyists, makers, and professionals. The setup is kinda easy it features a USB digital microscope mounted on a 8mm carbon rod so it height adjustable
Components:
- All 3 parts included. print it in PETG as i reccomended
- 2x 200mm 8mm Carbon Rods
- A Phone
- USB Microscope (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007170983568.html)
- Heating Pad (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008848459046.html) this one have very small size of heat area, I use another aluminium plate put it on top with thermal grease to expand the heating area.
Assembly:
- Print all the 3 parts
- Insert both of the carbon rods onto the base
- Insert the Microscope Mount into the rods it supposed to be moveable but when you stop moving it suppose to hold on
- Put the top mount onto the rod and make sure it tight.
- use your phone stick it on the top mount using 3M VHS or smth else.
- Snap the microscope onto the mount
- Connect the USB cable and install the apps according to mandarin instructions of the camera.
The low-profile design saves workspace while keeping your tools and boards easily accessible.
