Gridfinity Tops for openGrid Tilt Bins

Introduction

Gridfinity tops for openGrid Tilt Bins:

• 4x1 size compatible with 3x 40mm Small Tilt Bins (will fit 60mm bins)
• 4x2 size compatible with 3x 80mm Small Tilt Bins
• Larger sizes coming later
• Parts are 0.25mm shorter on each side than the exact grid spacing to provide 0.5mm clearance to the next set of bins and tops when chained together
• Built-in spring loaded pins for a satisfying friction fit
• Minimalist design to reduce visual clutter
• Prints support-free
• STEP files available for you to remix into other grid types (magnets, faster printing, etc.) or other types of storage

Printing Tips

• Make sure your K factor (pressure advance) is tuned for nice sharp edges and a good fit. If your printer does not have this option, it will help to print slower.
• Print at an angle as shown below.
• Mouse ears are already built into the model (cut these off after printing and use heat to remove any white marks). If your bed adhesion is questionable, add a brim.
