Description
This post cap was specially developed for fence posts with a square cross-section and is ideal for protection against rain, dirt, and weather. The model has standard dimensions for posts 60 x 60 mm (outer dimension 70 x 70 mm, wall thickness 5 mm), but can be scaled as desired in the X and Y axes. This allows the cap to be adapted to almost any post cross-section – whether smaller or larger.
Recommended material choice:
- PETG CF (Carbon Fiber reinforced PETG)
- Very high stability and rigidity
- UV and weather resistant
- Impact-resistant, durable, and suitable for outdoor use
- Noble matte surface with carbon fiber structure
Print recommendations:
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: at least 30 % for robust stability
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm or larger
