Try to print first one, you may have to scale it up 10-20% in the slicer. My 1982 242 Turbo has different size threads on driver vs passenger side. Another option would be to use a caliper and carefully drill out center, at least start of it so you can get threads to engage.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 20% infill

This is a group of four pins, supersized up from the original print profile.2 of them are 110%, 2 of them 120%. The original model has a 3mm hole from the bottom, so 110% should have 3.3mm hole, 120% should have 3.6mm hole. Of course you can size them up even more. If you have a digital caliper you can of course measure the threads of the lockpin. My volvo 242 turbo has different thread diameter on each door :-) So I just had to kindof make a choice on the smallest thread OD that I had (drivers side).
