Lightbox M // Build words yourself, modular & LED

This letter M is part of my modular Lightbox series.
All files contain everything you need to build your own lettering – whether for decoration, a gift, or as a stylish LED sign.

💡 Included in each file:

• Various basic bodies – for standing, hanging, or combinable as needed
• Letter lid (here: M)
• Connectors for threading LED strips & coupling the boxes
• Cover for the beginning & end of the lettering
• Cable channel for clean routing

📐 Box size: 12 × 12 × 5 cm (L×W×H)

🔗 Boxes can be connected horizontally or vertically → flexible, arbitrarily long letterings

📐 Printing recommendations & lighting:

• Diffuser (front plate) in PLA White → soft light
• Frame & letter in black or a contrasting color
• Printed on a textured PEI plate → nice indirect effect
• Or on a smooth PEI plate → more light transmission, brighter glow

Lighting:

• Distribute LED strips over a large area in the box (self-adhesive recommended)
• Mobile version: Attach RGB tealights with double-sided tape

🛠️ Assembly:

1. Insert connectors halfway into the box
2. Attach the next box
3. Thread LED strips through the connectors
4. Insert letter lid
