Description
This is a replacement screw cap for the Baxi Gas Boiler. The condensate trap has a screw that you can unscrew if you want to flush and clean it. The original one had formed a crack and was leaking condensate water. After measuring the thread it seems it is a M18x1.5 screw thread. After some model tests while being a snug fit. It's a good replacement in a pinch.
Recommended to print in PETG or stronger filament. Since This sits near the gas boiler and the condensate water is usually warm/hot. I reused the original rubber gasket from the broken screw. But I measured and just added a simple on to print if needed in TPU.
