GoPro mount for mtb handlebar with 31.8mm clamp

To make it work you will need to have 1x M5x50 hex head bolt, 1x M5x16mm allen bolt and 2x M5 nuts.

Impossible to remove internal support

You can remove internal suport by cutting it off using snap-off knife and pick out remaining suport with spike

Not so straightaway. You need to have a knife and some sort of spike to remove all the support left.
