Description
These vacuum pads have been designed and 3D Printed to securely hold workpieces during processing or testing.
They work by connecting them to a 40 L/min pump or any vacuum generator, the neoprene cord ensures sealing and allows for vacuum creation inside the chamber
Also included in the files is a bracket designed for workbench holes, useful for securely attaching the pads to the table
👉 The design is modular, so you can use a single one or combine multiple in parallel depending on the size of the workpiece.
They are lightweight, reusable, and customizable in color thanks to 3D Printing
A simple but extremely practical project for those who work in a lab, workshop, or maker space
Important: If the fitting does not screw easily into the pad, I recommend slightly heating the thread and then screwing it in
