Description

So I bought a kit to put LEDs under a 350z, and the instructions just said to use a bunch of tiny screws and screw it into the body. I hated the fact that the car needed more holes to add this LED strip then use the messy adhesive to keep it tight.

So I created a few mounts to help hold a LED strip and its cables. They use the OEM screws that hold the bottom of the rocker panels onto the car. So no need for new holes. (It also fits other various screws and clips that hold other panels and guards on the bottom side of the car) The main clip is made at an angle, which helps mount the LED's into wedge channel under the rocker panels. This helps the LED's face towards the inside of the car and have a cleaner look with no excessive bleed or direct view of the LEDs.

The rest of the clips are various ones used for the front of the car under and around the radiators and frame. If your strips have adhesive, you don't necessarily need to use it if you are using these clips. So no sticky mess.

Unfortunately I did have to make a few small holes in the back of the Nissan into the metal panel above the muffler, but there were no other OEM screws to use in between. Maybe one day I'll replace those with some custom clips as well.

Depending on your LED's you could use them in other cases, or possibly other cars. Maybe I'm not the only one out here who needs these.

Just a note, I did place two of the flat clips on top of each other in the slicer to make the dual one you may have seen in provided images.
