An upgraded kit optimized based on the following 3D printed forklift: (Due to copyright issues, the original print profile for the complete forklift is not uploaded here. You can search for it on Xianyu)
The kit includes the following:
One, replaced the original toy motor with a 370 geared motor
Two, converted the front-wheel drive to differential drive
The assembly method for the differential gears is consistent with the differential gear assembly method commonly used by 3DSETS. Friends who have not assembled before can refer to the assembly guide in the attachment.
Below is the hardware list required for the upgrade:
1. 370 geared motor, 90-150 RPM, 12V, single or dual shaft is fine.
2. Bearing 67600ZZ, 10*15*4, 11 pieces
3. M2x6 hex socket screws, 18 pieces
4. M3x6 hex socket screws, 7 pieces
5. M3x10 hex socket screws, 8 pieces
6. M3x15 hex socket screws, 2 pieces
7. M3x25 hex socket screw, 1 piece
8. M3 hot-press copper nuts, 6 pieces
