Thank you.
This model represents the Boudhanath Stupa, a sacred Buddhist monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kathmandu, Nepal.
With its massive white dome crowned by a golden spire, the stupa has stood for centuries as a beacon of peace, compassion, and enlightenment.
For me, this model holds a deeply personal meaning:
I grew up in this neighborhood and have always lived near the stupa. It has been a constant source of calm and inspiration in my life. Although I no longer live in Nepal, my roots and my family are still there, and this place still feels magical to me. I can almost hear the soft flutter of vibrant prayer flags, the steady rhythm of spinning prayer wheels, and the gentle hum of pilgrims’ prayers—sounds and sights that make the stupa’s surroundings truly serene.
This 3D model is my humble tribute to the essence of this timeless landmark, honoring its profound cultural and spiritual significance.
