D10x2 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA016

Description

I modeled these after the aluminum vice jaws that can be purchased from fox to service the Fox float x2 MTB shocks. 2025 model specifically. Previous year x2 shocks (20-24) require a thinner clamping surface which I plan to upload soon.

I didn't have a tall enough vice but was still able to make do. Larger vices will work much better with these. I incorporated features for 10x2 mm magnets which will help hold them in place when inserting and removing the shock.

I printed these from PETG which made for a fairly slippery surface. I recommend cleaning the shock with alcohol to remove all oils and adding a layer of electrical tape around the body would help significantly if your having issues with it slipping in the vice jaws. A “fuzzy” surface print could help as well.
