Description
I designed this tablet holder for my Fire HD 10, which runs my Home Assistant Dashboard. The tablet sits in it at an 8° angle, making it comfortable to read and operate
The holder is suitable for tablets with a width of up to 210 mm. A tablet with a width of 170 mm has about 10 mm clearance from the wall at the top edge, for larger tablets this clearance is reduced to approx 3–4 mm
On the back there is a cable routing channel, allowing a charging cable to be discreetly run from the side behind the holder. The holder can be fastened with two to four screws – two have proven sufficiently stable for me
This creates a simple and functional solution that is perfect for dashboards, controls, or simply as a practical storage shelf
Info:
Since I keep it permanently on the holder and use it there, I secured it with double-sided tape
Otherwise, when using it on the holder, it tends to wobble from time to time
