This custom 3D printed enclosure is designed to house a digital temperature controller, used for precise temperature monitoring and regulation. The model is specifically designed for use in electronic or mechanical environments where constant temperature is crucial.
Features:
- Integrated Temperature Controller:
The enclosure houses a digital control unit with an LED display to show set and actual temperatures. In the configuration shown, the set temperature (SV) is 36.0°C, while the current temperature (PV) shows 33.7°C. - External Fan Control:
The enclosure provides an opening for controlling an external fan. This fan is automatically activated as soon as the measured temperature exceeds the set limit. This enables reliable cooling in heat-sensitive systems. - Compact Design:
The enclosure is designed to save space and can be easily mounted on surfaces – ideal for use in 3D printers, electronics enclosures, or other DIY projects. - Practical User Interface:
Control buttons for temperature regulation and a clear status indicator (“OUT” LED) for displaying fan activity are easily accessible on the front.
