Here it is! I think this has been the most requested theme since I started the Mini Diorama Series.

Special thanks to MouseMakerStudio for the inspiration!

The Mini Train runs through Big Thunder Mountain at Disney World. The beautifully designed little train passes by a dinosaur skeleton and a geyser in the desert setting.

Just like with the previous dioramas, you can turn the hand wheel on the side to make the train move forward—or connect this (or any Mini Diorama) to one of my motorized solutions.

I haven’t had the chance to visit or ride this roller coaster in person, so I decided to bring it to life for the series instead.

Using reference images and with the help of brentervinofficial and Clark from MouseMakerStudio, a Disney-inspired influencer, I designed this charming diorama.

The new train and wagons are fully compatible with the earlier designs.

All printed parts are designed for good results with a 0.4 mm nozzle and require only minimal color changes to avoid unnecessary waste.

Printing:

Following PLA Basic Filaments are used

Silver

White

Black

Brown

Mistletoe Green

Marble Red

Matte Desert Tan

Silk Gold (Train)

Cyan (Water)

Other colors are possible of course, look what you have in stock.

I think it could be easy done with single color, if you want to color from hand.

I printed with a 0,4mm nozzle! Iam very pleased with the result, but you can try a 0,2 nozzle as well.

Assembly:

You have the option to let 1 or 2 trains drive at the same time.

If you decide for 1 you need 6pcs round 4x2 magnets, for 2 trains you will need 12 magnets.

**Insert 6pcs Magnets in the train and wagons with same polarity**

**Insert 6pcs Magnets in the 3 pins all with same polarity but opposite direction than before! The Pins must attract the train!**

**Insert the 3 pins now and use the train to hold them in place.**

**Arrange pins and magnet approximately like this**

**Press the wheel in position. Check if all 3 pins are catched from the hand-wheel.**

Terrain on top of the base and put trees and the gate, the house and the water in the spots. You can add a bit of glue to combine.
Place the train and wagons to the magnetic position and have fun 😀👍
