Printing & Assembly Recommendations:

Supports: No supports are needed if printed in the recommended orientation.

Assembly: Press each axis into the desired slot on the central hub.

Magnet Installation (Optional): The base of the hub has three cavities, each for a 10x2mm cylindrical magnet. Hammer in the magnet, simple and easy.

To ensure the model can be assembled without glue, the tolerances have been set quite tight. However, this should not hinder assembly. The difficulties you are encountering may stem from various factors unrelated to the model's design. For instance, if you printed different parts of the model using different machines or filaments from different brands, the actual tolerances may vary. Additionally, the issue could be due to damp filament or a "elephant's foot" effect during printing, which causes the base of the model to be slightly oversized. I recommend adjusting the X-Y offset settings within Bambu Studio; you can find specific instructions here: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/xy-hole-contour-compensation
