To assemble

Start with the vents and trim on the torso. Take note of the beveled edges on the back of the ring and black vent piece.

Slide the black vent insert into the silver vent insert, then the assembly into the ring noting the beveled ends as previously mentioned.

Repeat for the remaining vents.

Next, Just press the vents into the main body making sure to align the tab and beveled edges.

Place the cross bar/ bottom socket onto the bottom of the main body and use the countersunk bolt to hold it together. 

There is an optional tool included to tighten the bolt. It is the same droid leg tool included in the other astromech files.

On the head, start stacking from the lower silver ring paying attention to the alignment tabs and use the stud bolt to hold it all together.

Slide the red center of the eye into the black surround, lining up the “v” notch, then align the notch inside the silver eye surround and slide them together.

Finally, slide the eye, blue light, and silver trim inserts into the front of the head and place the head onto the body and you're all set!
