Gothic Rosette of Exeter Cathedral

Description
This 3D-printed rosette is a reproduction of the iconic tracery from the west facade of Exeter Cathedral, created for the "Cathedral Design Contest" on Makerworld.
The rosette, a hallmark of Gothic architecture, was not only a decorative highlight in cathedrals like Exeter (ca. 14th century) but also a technical marvel, blending light and structure. This model replicates the three-dimensional structure of the Exeter rosette, creating a captivating spatial object. When printed with PLA Basic (e.g., Jade White like in the photos), it produces nice light effects when backlit.
It’s perfect as a window decoration, bringing Gothic elegance to your home, or as a Christmas ornament, evoking medieval church windows.
I recommend fine print settings (0.1–0.2 mm layer height) for maximum detail, especially with resin or PLA.
Download, print, and let the Gothic charm enchant you!
