Omnidroid 09 (jointed action figure)

This is a fully jointed figure of the Omnidroid-09 frome the first film of “The Incredibles”.

it is rather easy to build, the harder part of it are the legs and claws, but even they are pretty easy:

The first piece of the leg it's the one with the longer stick with the sphere at the end, this piece is going to be inserted inside of the sphere piefe with the square opening.

the pieces of the leg with the smaller stick with sphere are the middle-leg pieces, the go one in each other (11 pieces per leg), the sphere is inserted to the hole of the previous piece, and the whole thing attached to the one with the long stick.

the last piece of the leg is the one with a stick with sphere on each side, and the shorter stick of this piece it's the one where you'll attach the claw of the Omnidroid.

The Claw of the omnidroid is composed of a piece with 4 hole for the 4 long pieces of the claw, and 8 little cilindrical pins, 2 on each side for each claw.

This has to be done 5 times for the 5 places for the legs.

The head of the robot is divided in 2 sides, the upper side with the head, and a bottom side with a base, you'll have to put glue on the cilinder of one of the 2 sides, and then put the 2 of them in the hole of the body, and let the glue solidify inside of the body, while spinning the head to prevent it from attaching it to the body, blocking the joint.

Under the Omnidroid, you'll have to attach with glue the pillar to sustain the robot, this part also requires you to spin the head while the glue hardens.
