Description
This driveshaft guard was originally designed as an emergency replacement but has proven fully functional in practice. It reliably protects the driveshaft and withstands mechanical stresses – even with extended use.
The guard was printed from TPU, which gives it high flexibility and durability. Printing went smoothly despite the size, but was material-intensive due to the solid volume.

- Outer diameter (large): 202 mm
- Height: 149 mm
- Central bore: 61 mm
Printing Notes:
- Material Recommendation: TPU
- Printing Strategy: The current orientation is designed for the best possible surface appearance, but requires more support.
- For more efficient use of material and time, the model can be printed rotated 180° – this significantly reduces the need for support, with minor aesthetic compromises on the outer surface.
