I spent a lot of time perfecting this design, going through more than thirty different variations to get the geometry just right. The result is a cap that is:

Note: You may need to scale the size up or down, depending on the accuracy of your printer or the style of your valve stem.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended for its durability, UV resistance, and slight flex. PLA will work, but may become brittle over time.
• Layer Height: Tested with a 0.2mm layer height.
• Supports: None needed! The model is designed to print easily without any supports.
• Walls: 6 walls for the most wear resistance.
