Description

I designed this thing as a replacement for the foamboard power pot for the FlightTest mini arrow. After some not so soft landings, the foam begun to disintegrate.
To ensure a good and stronger replacement, I added small wing-spars, which fit nicely into the existing ones, therefor making the plane very durable (tested by myself :D).
In the back is a motor-mount for many brushless motors. It might make sense to make this section modular, so that in the event of a crash and following damaging of the motor mount you do not have to replace the whole print. (it took ~3h with 0.3mm and high speed-printing 80mm/s on Anycubic I3 Mega).
The front section houses my rather large FPV-Camera, you might have to edit this for your equipment.
I used an 850 mAh 3S LiPo battery pack. CG seems fine. In the back is space for the esc and even a flight stabiliser (Aura 5 from FT). FPV gear, receiver... can be mounted inside the wing through holes in the design.

The whole things pressfits into the foamwings and should be taped toghether.
Any comments/ feedback is welcome.

Ignore the math in the picture, its probalbly wrong... :P

Print with support blockers in the wing spar to save time removing infill from the small voids

I first uploaded my design on Thingiverse, now here as well
