10 Inch Rack Frame for D-Link DSG-108

A simple 10-inch mounting frame for D-Link DSG-108 Switch

For a small network distribution behind a VLAN split, 2 D-Link switches were to be installed into a 10'' rack

So a mounting frame was needed for this

And here is the result

There are 2 versions, one as 1U for a DSG-108, and another version for 2 DSG-108s with a height of 1.5U

I printed this in PETG, but PLA should work fine as well

For mounting, you will need 2, or 4, M3 x 10mm screws

Switches from other manufacturers may also fit…

I have now increased the inner dimensions by 0.2mm, this should make it a bit easier to slide in the switch
