Hi

I designed a small acorn for the tea light LED. The design is based on the various acorns here on makerworld from, for example, SabreDesign. However, as a unique selling point, I tried to design the smallest basket structure ever… and it was incredibly difficult to find the right wall thicknesses here so that light still shines through, but it doesn't immediately fall apart into dust. I created several versions and here is my best result! The biggest problem during construction was the top layers, where the structure converges and has strong overhangs. Here I had to increase the wall thickness so that everything could be printed well, but unfortunately, this is visible in the light transmission. Nevertheless, I like the result, and perhaps you will too? By the way, I'm also working on a slightly larger version for the Bambu Puck Light

Have fun printing
