Description

Update 22.10.25: Added AMS and Logo Print Profile

New version for the DJI Mini 5 Pro:
- Higher Box / Modified Bottom
- Adjusted both inlays as the size is different and the drone slightly bigger
- Holes to easier pick the drone out of the box

Btw. assembly needs 6x M3x30mm screws. No logos due to copyright

Remark: The bottom inlay is not symmetric, the thicker part should be on the “fixed hinge part”, furthermore the drone feet need to be nearly level to the bottom inlay, so the drone snug fits. I will do a picture about it…

Printing:

Inlays in TPU
Box/Hinges: PLA or PETG/PC (recommended as better for outdoor usage)

I added 2 sample bambu xc1 sample project files for your convinience :-)

everything came out well. the strange thing is that my printer is producing this strange set of branch like lines. I printed on both sides of my plate two different lids and both had inconsistent branches

thanks for the feedback, hmm strange, I just checked my prints (PLA and TPU with Textuted PEI plate) and I don`t have the scratches so might be the plate adhersion?

print was super nice. It’s fits the mini five pro perfect. The screws I used weren’t long enough I used what you recommended but this weren’t long enough, but I got to work anyways
