Description
I designed this part as a repair for the Kenwood Food Processor pusher. The original pusher was damaged after being dropped, which left the top lip broken. I carefully trimmed away the damaged section and created a replacement piece that snugly fits over the shaft, restoring its function and extending the life of the pusher.
Printing notes:
- Printed in translucent PETG for durability and a clean look.
- Orientation: vertical (shaft upright) to maximize strength on the lip.
- Infill: 30%–40% for sturdiness.
- Layer height: standard 0.2mm works well.
Installation:
- Simply slide the printed part over the trimmed shaft of the pusher.
- Ensure a snug fit; a dab of food-safe adhesive can be used if required.
