1592 Turtle Battleship - Geobukseon Turtle Ship
Print Profile(2)

Description
The Geobukseon, or Turtle Ship, was an ironclad ship from 15th-century Joseon, covered on top in the shape of a turtle's back. For detailed historical information, Wikipedia is recommended https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turtle_ship
This model recreates the shape of a 15th-century Panokseon ship and features an ironclad roof. It also includes a dragon head with a cannon in its mouth
It is divided into three parts: the ship's bottom, body, and lid. Print each part separately. Since it's a wooden ship, wood-infused filament is recommended
AMS is not required for printing, but some support structures are needed
The ship's total length is 190mm, its width including the oars is 100mm, and its height is 80mm
Assembly Instructions
- The bottom of the ship is divided into two parts; insert the connectors to join them into one
- Before attaching the body to the base, insert the 7 rods
- The 7 rods have dot markings. Starting from the one with a single dot, fill them in order from back to front: 1→2→ … →7
- Among these, rod #7 and rod #1 are taller and connect to the main body
- Now attach the main body
- From the inside of the body, insert a total of 14 paddles one by one. They do not need to be secured
- At the back of the body, insert the handle into the rudder and connect it to the rudder
- Place as many cannons as you like inside the body
- Cover with the turtle shell-shaped lid
- Place it on the stand, and you're done
