I had to 3D print a custom version of the battery holder to make it easier to replace the battery and/or charge the battery with a separate charger.

After not using the keyboard for a while, the rechargeable 3V ML2032 battery tends to lose it's charging capability.

Logitech made this hard to replace.

They say in the product documentation don't replace it or it can't be replaced, so your keyboard ends up in the landfill.

It's not a good way to win over customers. 
This is a great product. 
Perhaps it would have been better if they just used two regular AAA batteries or even 1 AAA battery if possible.
