This is a tip (lost tip) to flush a well pipe/filter pipe/slotted pipe into sandy ground with it

A flushed filter/filter pipe can be used to irrigate the garden or lower the groundwater level

 

I tested flushing an approximately 2m long slotted pipe with a conventional domestic water pump that provides an operating pressure of about 1 bar when water is drawn with a ½" hose, it works best with >2.5 bar

 

Via the decoupling aid, the garden hose can be 'decoupled' from above after the desired depth has been reached

 

I attached the flushing tip at the bottom end of the KG pipe with 2-4 small wood ("Spack-") screws so that it does not fall off during handling

how about for smaller diameter pipes? is this for 100mm pipe?

Hi, this is for a DN110mm KG I don't have smaller ones, so I can't test anything either
