Description
This is a great item that can help neutered male animals regain confidence and become even more confident. It can be attached directly to their fur with a small clip that has a hook (I used a curtain hook). If you want it to flash, you can search for 'vibrating LED' on major platforms and add a pause layer during printing to insert the LED light
