  • M6 nut x 1:

Description

This replaces the original miter bar that came with the Parkside PTKS 2000 G5 table saw, which did not fit smugly.

This fits very smugly with zero play in the miter slot of the 2000 G5, with no lateral play. Lubricate it with wax. This replaces the original bar that came with the miter crosscut sled. It will probably not fit in F4 F5 or H5 models (if it does, please share). You can measure your saw's groove and compare with the profile dimensions which are shared.

This has one 5.8mm circular hole in which the crosscut sled's axis fits snugly and a slot for an M6 nut you must provide. Assembly is very simple, just like the original t-bar. The M6 nut fits very tightly and will need hammering in.

This table saw needs a special miter bar because, like most cheap table saws, its miter slot is a non-standard size. It's the same dimensions as a US 5/8" miter slots, but with high tabs. A 5/8" miter bar will fit, but may have horizontal play, definitely vertical play or, if tightened against the slot tabs, protrude above the table.

Tested in PLA. Slides better if waxed.
