I present to you my new model: a clamp that can hold a workpiece from 40 to 80 mm wide, in all situations.
Designed with a choice of two bases, screw-on or magnetic( 15 x 2 or 15 x 3 mm), for mounting in all directions (walls, ceilings, worktops, etc.).
The story began when I was looking for a solution to secure my 2 m long spirit level in my professional van.
I was inspired by the self-centering face of a wood lathe: with this tool, the workpiece to be fixed is always centered, and above all, held securely, which is ideal in a van to absorb vibrations.

In my model, each turn of the notched disc brings the clamps together by 8 mm. This means that for repeatedly securing an object or releasing it, a simple quarter-turn of the disc is enough!
And I can tell you, its clamping power is very powerful!

Other models are in development to hold smaller or differently shaped parts.

A first print profile has been created for 3D printers of all sizes, with AMS (for those who want to print the top decoration in a different color) and a softer TPU jaw surface.

For assembly, you will only need 15 3x12mm screws.
