Here is a roller conveyor that can be continuously adjusted from 0-90°.

I need this to manually rotate items like cups, mugs, etc. on the laser for laser engraving.

The dimensions of the assembled model are approx. 250mm x 200mm x 150mm.

The rollers consist of a PETG core with a TPU casing, so the items do not get scratched. Flanged bearings were screwed on at the ends. An M5 thread must be cut into the PETG cylinders. If the length of the rollers does not fit into the guide due to other bearings or tolerances, you can simply scale the covers and perfectly adapt the rollers to your model.

On the underside are 5mm holes in a 25x25mm grid, suitable for most laser tables.
