Description
I made a waist-level viewfinder with a shutter opening and closing structure. Tests showed that not using a Fresnel lens, but using film sheets, produces a similar effect. Someone in the comments has already experimented with this, and you can also leave a message. It is recommended to use two layers stacked for a better effect. The cost is probably not more than 1 yuan. The total cost can be reduced to around 5 yuan.
It is recommended to use two sheets stacked. Below are the effects of single and double sheets. The effect is even better when viewed by the human eye. I've also attached a purchase screenshot; 3 sheets cost over 3 yuan with free shipping, which is at least 10 yuan cheaper than buying lenses.
Two stacked sheets provide a wide field of view with no black edges and are also brighter.
