Replacement Broken Head Part for Viomi VXFS14C-J Electric Fan

I have to say, the quality of this electric fan is really poor, it broke within a few years of use, and spare parts are hard to find. So I had to design one myself

This replacement part is designed so that no cutting or re-soldering of wires is needed! You just need to ensure it's installed, then break off the original head (you don't have to if you don't mind how it looks)

Printing Notes

It is recommended to print horizontally. Although vertical printing can be designed without supports, the Z-axis strength is not as strong as the X/Y axes, which can easily lead to another break

The issue with horizontal printing is that it requires supports. Using PETG material may result in poor support layer printing quality, but it will achieve better strength

Installation Notes/Known Issues

Because the model's screw holes are not perfectly precise, there might be an issue with screw holes not aligning during installation. This is a known bug, but in actual testing, it can be forcibly assembled. The only problem is that it will cause the fan's angle adjustment function to fail (only two angles can be adjusted). This issue will be considered for resolution later

It is recommended to remove the large spring on the side of the fan during installation. This spring is not needed for this model part and will make installation extremely difficult

Only the small spring and the bead inside the replacement part need to be retained

The bead has a specific orientation for installation, please be careful not to install it backward
