Perfect for D&D, DnD, Pathfinder, and any fantasy skirmish or tabletop RPG system.

I design PlayerX miniatures for reliable FDM printing, strong tabletop durability, and clean detail at standard 28–32mm scale. My models are built with practical supports, durable geometry, and strong silhouettes so they print cleanly and hold up during real gameplay.

Description

Giant Bone Golem - will add painted photos once completed. =)

Part of my ongoing Giant Collection Project, this terrifying construct towers above the battlefield. No ordinary bone golem, but a hulking abomination crafted from the colossal remains of ancient giants. Summoned and bound by Queen Myrathis, the Eternal Regent, it stands as both her sentinel and her warning: even the dead of giantkind will serve her will.

Perfect for D&D, Pathfinder, or any fantasy skirmish system.

Name & Nickname:
The Giant Bone Golem called the Colossus of the Dead by those who whisper its legend.

Backstory
In the aftermath of the Eternal Regent’s dark ascension, Myrathis scoured forgotten battlefields and mountain graves, harvesting the titanic bones of long dead giant kings. With necromantic precision she fused them into a single towering sentinel. Each rib is etched with runes that pulse faintly with her unholy power. The ground trembles when it moves and hollow eye sockets glow with a cold merciless light. To face it is to hear the echo of a thousand giant war cries now twisted into a single relentless heartbeat of death. Those who survive its approach speak of a chill that lingers long after the creature has passed as if the mountain itself remembers the dead it was built from.

Printing & Design Notes

  • Printed horizontally for maximum stability; Z offset raised for cleaner support removal.
  • Layer height: 0.12 mm to capture the deep skeletal grooves and massive rib textures.
  • Not a support free model. For best results cut the supports near fragile parts before removing them completely to avoid breaking fine details.
  • Nozzle temperature slightly increased to ensure crisp bone details and clean joins.
  • Large joint gaps and skull recesses have been deepened to cast bold shadows and take paint washes beautifully.

This super model should definitely get more attention. And since I love miniature models and D&D and have a few boosts, I'd love to share them ^^. Good luck with your development, and I hope the models get a lot of attention ^^

@drakeforge3d – Wow, Drake! Getting a boost is always an honor, but getting a boost and feedback from you really means a lot. I do this for fun (it’s a hobby I love) but I know I’ve still got a lot to learn and plenty of room to grow. Your work and the other epic DnD mini makers in the community keep me motivated. Hopefully one day I can get even half as good as you. Thank you so much! —-PlayerX

I made a prior review but this dang app keeps crashing every time I send sn image so I am going to summarize my experience: **This is not a print and go miniature.** You need to go on the studio if you want to avoid spaghetti stringing. Be careful when removing supports. I snapped a finger and now his hand only has 4 fingers instead of 5. Spend some time, watch a tutorial or 2 and you'll be happy with the results. This is a nice miniature. The quality is pretty great infact. I am going to give 5 stars because my fault was that I didn't add enough supports. I am not happy with it, quite frustrated actually. However it is what it is. Simple user error.
