Description

šŸŽƒ Life-Size Jack Skellington – Halloween Special Edition 2000 VersionĀ

šŸ“ Height: 2000mm (~2m / ~6.5ft)
🧩 Parts: 64 modular pieces
šŸ”© Dowels: Built-in for alignment & strength
🧱 Modular Sections: 5 (Base/Legs, Half Body, Upper Body, Head, Accessories)

šŸ•øļø Overview
The Pumpkin King himself, now at a striking 2 meters (6.5ft) — this life-size Jack Skellington is the ultimate Halloween centerpiece for collectors and decorators alike. Sculpted with exaggerated lanky proportions and haunting details, Jack’s pose captures his iconic essence: one arm extended upward, bony hand open, ready to hold a pumpkin, candle, or any spooky prop you choose.

The base is integrated into the leg section for structural stability, ensuring this figure stands strong while maintaining its surreal, slender proportions. From the folds of his stitched pinstripe suit to his expressive skeletal grin, every detail makes this model a true seasonal showstopper.

🧩 Modular Breakdown

  • Base + Legs (Pre-attached): Round, moonlike terrain with rusted metal spikes, weathered cross, and a pumpkin for atmosphere.
  • Lower Torso / Half Body: Slim skeletal form in Jack’s stitched suit.
  • Upper Body / Chest & Raised Arm: Extended pose with open skeletal hand.
  • Head: Classic skull-like Jack face with eerie grin.
  • Accessories: Bat bow tie, optional pumpkin hand prop.

šŸŽØ Finishing Notes

  • Suit: Deep black with hand-painted white pinstripes, subtle weathering for fabric texture.
  • Head & Bones: Smooth bone-white with light gray shading for skull contours.
  • Base: Textured earth tones, rusted orange spikes, cracked soil, weathered wood effect on the cross.
  • Pumpkin: Bright orange with black shading in grooves; optional glowing LED interior.
  • Bow Tie: Matte black with sharp bat-wing detail.

šŸ› ļø Assembly Notes

  • Height caution: At 2 meters tall, secure base with weights or backdrop attachment for added stability if displayed outdoors.
  • Dowels: Precision-fit dowels aid alignment — test and sand as needed.
  • Supports: Tree supports recommended for skeletal hands, bow tie, and pumpkin.
  • Glue: Epoxy adhesives for structural joins; CA glue for smaller details.
  • Optional Reinforcement: Light metal rod reinforcement inside legs/torso recommended for outdoor setups.

šŸ–Øļø Recommended Print Settings (starter)

  • Infill: 4–6% Gyroid for large volume parts (increase to 10–15% for the legs).
  • Shells: 3+ perimeters for strength on structural pieces.
  • Supports: Slim tree supports (~25% density) for thin vines / overhangs.
  • Layer height: 0.16–0.28 mm depending on desired detail vs speed.
  • Filaments: PLA/PETG for ease; use PETG/ASA outdoors for weather resistance.
  • Slicer tips: Orient parts so dowel holes print cleanly; enable slicer auto-repair if non-manifold errors appear.
  • Mesh/print prep: Run mesh repair in slicer if needed (right click → fix model).

šŸ’„ Why This Model

  • Impressive 2-meter scale makes it a commanding Halloween centerpiece without overwhelming indoor spaces.
  • Pose flexibility with open skeletal hand to hold props (pumpkin, lantern, skull, etc.).
  • Base detail adds narrative: moonlit terrain with spikes, cross, and pumpkin.
  • Seasonal showstopper — perfect for haunted houses, front yard displays, or conventions.
  • Faithful sculpting of Jack Skellington’s eerie charm and haunting grin.

šŸ’¬ ā€œThe Pumpkin King, now standing tall at 2 meters — a haunting yet elegant icon of the spooky season.ā€

very good design, I already have it on my list, it will be my next giant project after the one I am working on, there will be new news of the progress soon. I am looking forward to making it, I have been calculating and I will need about 8/10kg of PETG, I hope not to have many failures. thanks for the design

Hey @kunfundido, that’s awesome — can’t wait to see this monster of a print come to life šŸ’Ŗ PETG is a great choice. Since the model is tall and the legs are pretty thin, I’d recommend a higher infill at the bottom for strength. I usually do around 10% gyroid for the feet and legs, then gradually lower it as you go up about 8% around the pants, and 4–3% for the upper parts That helps with stability and saves material. Good luck with the print, and fingers crossed for minimal failures šŸ¤ž
